While your subscription is active, we retain your business data in PlantIQ so you can access and manage it anytime.
6.2 After Subscription Cancellation
Upon subscription cancellation or termination:
30-Day Grace Period:
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export or access your data during this period
- This allows time for backup and recovery
After 30 Days:
- All data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion
- Deletions are irreversible

- Extended retention may incur additional fees
- Written request required for retention beyond 30 days
6.3 Backup & Redundancy
Qlinkon Technology maintains regular backups of your data for disaster recovery. Backups are encrypted and stored securely. Backups follow the same retention schedule as active data.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 Right to Access
You have the right to access and download your personal and business data from PlantIQ anytime. Use the 'Export Data' feature in your account settings or contact us at plantiq@yahoo.com.
7.2 Right to Correction
You can update, correct, or modify your personal information anytime through your account settings. For business data corrections, use PlantIQ's editing features or contact our support team.
7.3 Right to Deletion
You can request deletion of your data by cancelling your subscription. Your data will be deleted after the 30-day grace period. This is subject to legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data.
7.4 Right to Opt-Out
You can opt out of:
- Marketing emails and promotional communications
- Service update notifications (though critical notifications cannot be disabled)
- Analytics and tracking (some features may be limited)

9. Payment & Billing Information
When you subscribe to PlantIQ, your payment information is handled as follows:

- Payments processed by Cashfree Payments (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Credit card and banking details are NOT stored by us
- Only transaction reference is stored in our system
Billing Information:
- Your billing address and invoice details are retained
- Tax records (GST, PAN) are kept for compliance
- Payment history is maintained for account verification
Security:
- All payment transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS/SSL)
- We never have access to your full card numbers
- Payment disputes are handled by Cashfree
Retention:
- Payment and billing records are kept for 7 years per legal requirements
- You can access your billing history anytime in your account
10. Children's Privacy
PlantIQ is designed for business users (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
If you are under 18, PlantIQ is not intended for you. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
