Welcome to iPlant Nursery. We are committed to delivering healthy, premium-quality plants and exceptional customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Plant Condition Upon Delivery

Plants are living products and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, or appearance from images shown on the website. Minor leaf damage, natural color variation, or soil movement during transit is considered normal and not eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, dead, defective, or wrong plant/product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To claim a replacement or refund, please send:

• Clear product photos
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Order details

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Plant/product severely damaged during transit
• Dead plant received upon delivery
• Defective accessories or products

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Improper care or maintenance after delivery
• Natural variation in plant size, color, or shape
• Minor transit stress in live plants

4. Replacement Policy

In approved cases, we may provide:

• Replacement of the plant/product
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund (subject to verification)

Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of iPlant Nursery after verification.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Offline Store Purchases

Products purchased from our offline nursery location are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless found defective at the time of purchase.
