Plants are natural living products and may vary in size, color, shape, growth stage, or appearance compared to website images. Minor natural variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be completed before order dispatch. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or manual confirmation from iPlant Nursery. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on time; however, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, or location. iPlant Nursery shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

Return and replacement requests are accepted only in eligible cases such as damaged, dead-on-arrival, or wrong products. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval by iPlant Nursery.

7. Plant Care Responsibility

After delivery, customers are responsible for proper care, watering, sunlight, temperature, and maintenance of plants. iPlant Nursery will not be responsible for plant damage due to improper handling or care after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, product descriptions, graphics, and branding, belongs to iPlant Nursery and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

iPlant Nursery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services purchased through the website.
